All registration for athletics will be done through Final Forms going forward. Physicals can be uploaded, and all other forms will be filled out online.

Physicals are good for all 3 years that students are at South if you do not have your original copy or have turned in a hard copy to the school previous to this year, we should be able to upload the information for you, however no information can be added until your student is registered via Final Forms.
